Visit of Brick kilns*

In continuation of the directives of Advisor to the Chief Minister for Environment Climate change & Coastal Development Department Dost Muhammad Rahimon and worthy Secretary (ECC & CDD) and Director General SEPA regarding the intensive activities related to air pollution control measures, the Incharge of SEPA District Tando Allahyar, Shah Khalid along with SEPA team visited Brick kilns located at Bukera Road Tando Allahyar.
During visit team checked the compliance status of SEP Act 2014 and directed to used environment friendly fuel for burning in brick kilns that minimize the impact of pollution on Ambient Air Quality Index (AQI).
Further directed that strict action will be taken if violation is found including Prosecution under the provisions of SEP Act 2104.
